As a first time mum, you have new joys, new discoveries and new surprises to look forward to.
With all this is going on, it can be hard to remember to take good care of yourself. Pregnancy is a time when a lot of attention is paid to physical and nutritional needs – and this needs to extend beyond pregnancy to the time after birth. This is the time when the body is readjusting and getting back into shape.
