Dining Rituals for Families
Think that how you eat your dinner makes no difference to your family having a healthy weight? Think again!
Recent research by the Food and Brand Lab at Cornell University in New York, suggests that there are three simple things that families can do that may influence if they have a healthy weight. These things are:
1. Sit at the kitchen or dining room table.
2. Keep the TV turned off.
3. Stay seated until finished.
So turn off the TV and sit down together – it may just help your family have a healthy weight.
