- 2 tsp olive oil or cooking spray
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 courgette (120g) sliced
- 1 stick celery (60g) sliced
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp MAGGI Chicken Stock Powder
- 100 g bok choy, sliced
- 100 g snow peas, sliced
- 2 spring onions, sliced
Prep time Cook time
- Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add ginger, courgette and celery. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add combined sauces, water and stock powder.
- Add bok choy, snow peas and spring onion. Stir-fry for a further minute.
- Serve immediately.
