Nutritional Table

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 tsp olive oil or cooking spray
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 courgette (120g) sliced
  • 1 stick celery (60g) sliced
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp MAGGI Chicken Stock Powder
  • 100 g bok choy, sliced
  • 100 g snow peas, sliced
  • 2 spring onions, sliced

Instructions

Prep time       Cook time 

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add ginger, courgette and celery. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Add combined sauces, water and stock powder.
  3. Add bok choy, snow peas and spring onion. Stir-fry for a further minute.
  4. Serve immediately.
