Bacon, Mushroom & Spinach Fettuccine

- Cook fettuccine following packet directions.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan. Cook the bacon until crispy.
- Combine the MAGGI Mushroom Soup Mix and CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk, add to the pan with the red onion. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir through the cooked fettuccine and baby leaf spinach.
