Bacon, Mushroom & Spinach Fettuccine

Prep time       Cook time 

  1. Cook fettuccine following packet directions.
  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Cook the bacon until crispy.
  3. Combine the MAGGI Mushroom Soup Mix and CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk, add to the pan with the red onion. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir through the cooked fettuccine and baby leaf spinach.
