Ingredients

Serves 2

  • ¼ Cup (20g) UNCLE TOBYS Oats
  • 1 cup (250mL) Skimmed milk
  • 1 large banana (200g) or 2 small
  • 2 tsp MILO
  • ½ cup crushed ice

Instructions

Prep time 

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth. Serve into 2 glasses.
  2. Tip: Place bananas in freezer overnight and they will chill down the smoothie without having to add ice.
