Creamy Chicken, Bacon & Spinach Penne

- Cook the penne following packet directions.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan, stir fry the chicken, bacon, onion and mushrooms for 5 minutes or until cooked.
- Add Evaporated Milk and Chicken Stock Melt, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir through the cooked penne and baby spinach and toss to combine. Serve with parmesan cheese if desired.
